We only ship online orders to consumers with delivery addresses in these countries:

We reserve the right to pass on deliveries to our trading partners in the various regions.
We do not deliver to delivery addresses in the Canary Islands.
The shipping costs in the online shop www.sophienwald.com do not cover any island surcharges. We will charge these separately (in advance). If you require deliveries to island destinations, please contact our customer service.
We do not deliver to delivery addresses outside Europe. Once you export the goods across the EU border, we cannot take them back. A return shipment would incur customs costs at your expense.
In any case, we do not deliver to delivery addresses in the USA or Canada. We have a trading partner for shipping to these countries. We cancel all orders received from locations in the USA without exception.
However, for deliveries to locations in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, shipping is handled by a service partner in Ruggell, FL, who delivers customs-cleared goods and can also take back returned goods if necessary. Shipping is carried out by Swiss Post or Post-LI. For more information, please contact our customer service for Switzerland.

Delivery times
The delivery time is generally up to 10 days.
Please note that deliveries to different countries may have different delivery times.
For goods not in stock and if indicated in the order, the delivery time can take up to 30 days.
The delivery time starts on the day you receive the order confirmation from us.
TIME-LIMITS for our delivery services before Christmas Days:
Please order in time before the Christmas Holidays in DECEMBER, so that our delivery service can bring your glasses and presents right before the Christmas Days.
Please keep in mind: our standard delivery time is at least 10 days. Please also take into account an increase of the parcels in the delivery stations.
IMMEDIATE DELIVERY:
Urgent deliveries must be agreed verbally with our customer service. For items in stock, we need at least one to two days for delivery by the shipping partner. In agreed cases you can pick up the goods directly from our shipping partner in the Vienna area. Orders via the online shop require the standard delivery time in any case.
Order quantities and packaging
Standard packaging
We only deliver in quantities that are customary for households. If not specially marked, the glasses will be delivered in coloured boxes of 6 with Sophienwald logo. Jugs and decanters are packed individually. Single jars are sent packed in tins (tubes).
Gift wrapping
We have prepared some gift wrappings, which we have in stock and ready for shipment. Only those you will find displayed in the online shop.
If you would like other gift wrappings or have seen sample pictures on the internet, please contact our customer advisor. We will be happy to advise you and also offer you our experience with glass packaging, for an appropriate surcharge for a minimum order of 50 drinking glasses, from a net turnover of 1000, - EUR.
Environmentally friendly packaging
When designing the packaging, we focus on stability and protection of the glasses, and of course we also attach importance to environmentally friendly materials. For example, we use wood, cardboard and paper bags. The packaging can be reused and finally disposed of in an environmentally friendly way.
Our glasses are guaranteed suitable for shipping.
We have tested the suitability for shipping intensively and strictly. The special packaging of the glasses absorbs and prevents shocks. Should you nevertheless unpack a broken glass, please inform our customer service immediately. Please note our return conditions.
Commercial orders in larger quantities
From a minimum purchase quantity of more than 48 pieces we offer special packaging and individual inscriptions on the glass (e.g. logo images) for an additional charge and with individually agreed delivery time. Our customer service will be pleased to inform you.
